　　這是江蘇華旭開(kāi)發(fā)的AC電源線(xiàn)自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)機(jī)器人，只需要人工將線(xiàn)材放到儲(chǔ)線(xiàn)工位，機(jī)器可以自動(dòng)裁線(xiàn)、送線(xiàn)、卡線(xiàn)、剝外皮、除滑石粉、CCD找位、拉直、分線(xiàn)、剝內(nèi)皮與切斷、插頭/端子送料、鉚壓、下模傳送定位、注塑、成品測(cè)試、繞線(xiàn)扎線(xiàn)，實(shí)現(xiàn)全自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)。也可以從人工卡工位到完成鉚壓工位的半自動(dòng)機(jī)器人。

 

 

基本工位 Base station

卡線(xiàn)、剝外皮、除滑石粉、CCD找位、拉直、分線(xiàn)、剝內(nèi)皮與切斷、插頭/端子送料、鉚壓、卸料。Putting、putting wire, Brush for remove talc、 The CCD judge the position、Straighten、Separate core line、Stripping endothelial and cutting、Plug / terminal feeding, Riveting

 

可選擇工位 Selectable station

儲(chǔ)線(xiàn)、送線(xiàn)、裁線(xiàn)、切棉芯、扭線(xiàn)、CCD檢測(cè)、下模傳送定位、注塑、成品測(cè)試、繞線(xiàn)扎線(xiàn)工位、激光剝內(nèi)皮。Storage wire、feeding、cut wire、Cut the cotton、Wire twist、CCD detection 、The lower die transfer location、Injection molding、Finished product testing、winding&twisting cable、Laser peeling。
